Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Fauzia is responsible for the operational and commercial performance of the group. Reporting to the CEO, her remit spans contact centre operations, the People function, Quality Assurance, and working with the Executive Leadership Team to strengthen Blume’s proposition and client experience.

Fauzia focuses on three priorities: growing conversion, enabling teams to develop and thrive, and building the operational structure needed to support continued growth.

During her career, she has held senior leadership roles at organisations including Three UK, Currys and Arqiva, leading operational teams, customer experience functions and large-scale transformation programmes.

Fauzia loves baking for her family in her spare time. Think sourdough, focaccia and brioche… and the occasional cake too. She also loves spending time outdoors, exercising and running when she can.
