Tim qualified as a Lawyer some 20+ years ago and practiced in all areas of Personal Injury Law for 10 years. Following that he moved into specialising in the Management of Legal Contact Centre roles.

He works with the current Compensation Experts Contact Centre Team to ensure the very highest level of quality and consistency in our approach to the assessment of potential claims.

He also works with new team members in teaching them the requisite legal knowledge required to perform their role. Additionally he works with the Contact Centre team to make sure that all our clients are dealt with in the most caring and sympathetic way possible, making the initial claim journey as easy as possible for them.
