Client Services Executive

Rachael has worked in customer service for the last three years in busy environments.

She describes her role as the first point of contact for dealing with customers enquiries. Her daily role includes listening to the customers situation and assessing if they have a potential claim.  If our customers have a potential claim, I will pass them directly to the legal team to start the claims process and hopefully get them the compensation they are entitled to.

Rachael says “I enjoy helping our clients as the accidents and negligence they have experienced is not their own fault and they deserve to be compensated to put themselves back in a secure financial position. I understand it can be daunting making a claim for the first time which is why I like to give excellent customer service to help keep the clients at ease and make the claims process as easy as possible for them.”
