Liane has worked in the customer service industry for 10 years and more specifically in the compensation industry for the last three years. Her primary role is to contact clients after they have made an enquiry with us. She investigates each claim thoroughly so she can make an expert and informed decision as to whether we can take on a case. At this stage Liane sources someone on our expert panel of solicitors to continue with the case.

Liane says “It may be someone’s first time explaining what has happened to them so it’s important to let the client take their time and not rush them so we can get a clear picture of what has happened.”

“I have worked speaking to people over the phones for over 10 years fitting jobs around bringing up my daughter. This is a rewarding job as we are helping people out, when they need it”
