Liane’s primary role is to contact clients after they’ve made an enquiry with us.  She assesses each case thoroughly to determine if there is a valid claim. At this stage Liane sources one of our expert panel of solicitors to continue with the case. 

Liane says “It may be someone’s first time explaining what has happened to them so it’s important to let the client take their time and not rush them, so we can get a clear picture of what’s happened. 

“This is a rewarding job as we are helping people out, when they need it.” 

Liane has worked in customer service industry for 10 years and more specifically in the compensation sector for the last three years.
