Client Services Executive

Laura has worked in customer services since 2014 and in different settings including for the Manchester Arndale Team and Think Money.

Her role is to call any enquiries that come through to our team asking for a call back and guide with the client through the compensation process to understand what has happened and see how we can help.

If we can take the enquiry further, we get a majority of the clients in contact with a solicitor team on the same call so that the next steps can progress quickly for the client’s claim.
