Laura’s role is to contact people who’ve come through to our team asking for a call back and guide them through the compensation process, to understand what’s happened and see how we can help. 

If we can take the case further, we get most people in contact with a solicitor team on the same call so that the next steps can progress quickly for their claim. 

Laura says “I love helping our clients get the compensation they deserve and having a conversational chat to put them at ease on the phone.” 

Laura has worked in customer services since 2014 and in different settings including for the Manchester Arndale Team and Think Money.
