Emily Francis

Client Services Executive

Emily is a law graduate who is currently doing the Legal Practice Course (LPC).  

Her role in the contact centre is to listen to customers to understand what they’ve gone through, and to inform them whether they have the potential to proceed with a claim.  She’ll then put them in touch with the most appropriate expert solicitor firm. 

Emily says “I want to help clients to get the compensation they deserve for the injuries that are not their fault, and where possible to prevent the same thing from happening to someone else” 

Emily has considerable experience of working in customer service.  In particular she’s worked at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, where she provided advice both in-person and via phone.
