Emily Francis

Client Services Executive

Emily has previously worked in customer service, including in retail and tourism roles. She also worked at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau, where she provided advice both in-person and via phone.

Her role in the contact centre is to listen to clients and understand what they have gone through to be able to inform them whether they have the potential to proceed with a claim, and assist them with getting in touch with a legal team to help them with this.

As well this, Emily is a law graduate who is currently doing the Legal Practice Course (LPC).

Emily says “I want to help clients to get the compensation they deserve for the injuries that they have got that are not their fault and where possible to prevent the same thing from happening in the future to someone else.”
