Client Services Executive

Ashleigh has worked in previous customer service roles for two years, and previously worked in childcare for four years.

Her role in the contact centre is to call clients who have enquired with us in regards to a potential claim. Part of her job to understand what has happened and then assess whether it would be something one of our legal teams can help the client with further. If it is we usually get the client in contact with the legal team straight away, ensuring the best client journey throughout.

Ashleigh says “I want to help people who have been involved in a situation which has happened with no fault of their own which has now caused an impact which is out of their hands and to help them get the compensation they deserve.”
