Ashleigh’s role in the contact centre is to call people who’ve enquired with us about a potential claim. Part of her job is to understand what’s happened and then assess whether it would be something one of our legal teams can help with. If it is, we usually get the client in contact with the legal team straight away, ensuring the best customer journey throughout. 

Ashleigh says “I want to help people who’ve been impacted by a situation which has happened, through no fault of their own, to help them get the compensation they deserve.” 

Ashleigh has worked in previous customer service roles for several years, and before that worked in childcare.
